Eau Claire, Wisconsin – The Eau Claire Area Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian T. Doudna as the Corporation’s new Executive Director.
Doudna comes to Eau Claire having most recently served as Executive Director of the Portage County Business Council in Stevens Point. The Council is a countywide chamber of commerce and economic development corporation. He brings to the Eau Claire Area a wealth of community and economic development experience from Portage County, Oneida County and Sparta, Wisconsin. Doudna has been involved in a variety of statewide and regional economic development organizations. He has a degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Doudna was selected from a field of 65 candidates that applied for the position and will assume his new responsibilities full time June 14.
