New location will meet growing customer needs
RACINE, Wis. (August 6, 2004) – Knight-Barry Title Group continues its expansion throughout Wisconsin with its recent acquisition of the Madison office of Bay Title & Abstract. The office will operate under the name Knight-Barry Title Services and will take over the existing office space at 414 D’Onofrio Drive, Suite 210 in Madison.
“Providing both residential and commercial title and closing services in the state’s second largest market became increasingly important to meet our customers’ growing needs,” said Craig Haskins, Knight-Barry Vice President. “We can more efficiently and directly provide these services with our Madison location.”
The Madison office marks Knight-Barry’s seventh new office in the past 10 years, making Knight-Barry Title Group one of the fastest-growing title companies in Wisconsin.
Jennifer Greenhagen will oversee the Madison office, having previously served as closing and marketing manager for the Milwaukee area. Greenhagen was part of the original two-person West Allis office in 2000 and helped to rapidly expand the business in the Brookfield office to a staff of 16 today.
“Knight-Barry Title Services will continue in the firm’s tradition of providing our customers the information and the services that they need quickly and cost-effectively,” said Greenhagen. “In addition, our Madison office will now make closings that much easier, given the convenience of our central location.”
In addition to Greenhagen, Scott Frostman will serve as Branch Manager. Frostman, who’s been with the company for five years, will oversee all title searches and examinations for residential and commercial transactions. Kaia Comeau rounds out the new Madison team as Closing/Marketing Coordinator.
Knight-Barry Title Group recently moved to larger corporate headquarters in downtown Racine at 400 Wisconsin Avenue to support its current rate of growth as well as to provide customers and employees easy access to the facilities and parking.
