Visconti’s magazine and website are recognized as the primary sources of news, trends, and best practices in diversity and inclusion. DiversityInc’s rankings of top companies for diversity are considered the benchmarks for industry.

At the Nov. 15, 2-4pm, program Visconti examines and discusses the state of diversity in today’s businesses and organizations. Visconti is a frequent lecturer on the business benefits of diversity to corporations, business groups and nonprofit organizations, including: Pfizer, ESPN, United States Navy, National Association of Minorities in Cable (NAMIC), Public Relations Society of America, Association of National Advertisers, Rainbow/PUSH Wall Street Project, Bennett College and the American Bar Association.

IDEAL Milwaukee’s Charu Malik says: “Of course we are very excited to host Mr. Visconti’s appearance. And through the generosity of an unnamed benefactor, we are able to open this important presentation free to the public.” Malik notes, “But people still need to register for the program. All they need to do is call 414-227-3200 and refer to Program Number 4000-1115.”

IDEAL Milwaukee’s Dec. 7 program, IDEAL Connections IV: Measuring Diversity & Inclusion Effectiveness, 1pm-4pm, also is free. This session will demonstrate key tools, available from IDEAL, for measuring organizational diversity at all levels. IDEAL Solutions Group Partners, Jim Gray (The Gray Company) and Steve Palmer (Lakes Consulting) will lead the session.

Both programs are at the UWM School of Continuing Education, 161 W. Wisconsin Ave., Sixth Floor, Milwaukee.
