Development and Distribution of Interface to National Change of Address (NCOA) Data Offers Customers Latest Move Information Available
LA CROSSE, Wis., March 26 /PRNewswire/ — Firstlogic, Inc., a global provider of commercial mail software solutions, today announced that the firm has recently been awarded certification as an Interface Developer and Distributor to support the NCOALink program from the United States Postal Service (USPS(R)). Certification of its Mover I.D.(TM) solution as the technology to meet NCOALink requirements means that users of Firstlogic Move Update solutions at both end-user or mailing service provider organizations have the ability to ensure that mailing lists have the most accurate, up-to- date information available. Firstlogic’s Mover I.D. technology provides single-pass processing for both address cleansing and Move Update processing.

The USPS has defined three different users of NCOALink with three different pricing structures: End-User Mailer, Limited Service Provider, and Full Service Provider. Firstlogic’s solution will support all three levels of NCOALink.
