Madison, WI – Attorney Jonathan L. Schuster has joined Axley Brynelson as a member of the firm’s Business Law Practice Group. Mr. Schuster focuses his legal practice on general corporate law, corporate transactions, securities regulation, insurance and business transactions involving intellectual property.

Mr. Schuster received a B.B.A. (with honors), M.B.A. and J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He holds several professional designations, including the Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant and Certified in Financial Management, and is a member of numerous accounting, finance and legal associations. Mr. Schuster currently serves as a Director and Vice President of the Madison Investment Management Society, the local society of the CFA Institute, and has lectured on securities regulation matters at the University of Wisconsin Law School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.
