We Energies: Over 100 phone scam attempts have been reported to We Energies over the past few days

We Energies customers are alerting us of a phone scam that has affected over 100 customers throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.

Using a service disconnection threat, scammers try to convince you to purchase prepaid debit cards and provide the card information to them. 

We Energies does not solicit payment from customers in a threatening manner. If you get a call that sounds suspicious, hang up immediately and call us at 800-242-9137.
