Green Bay, Wis. – Breakthrough, a pioneer in the field of transportation energy and information management, is proud to announce Jenny Vander Zanden as chief operating officer of Breakthrough Fuel. Vander Zanden, who currently serves as the vice president of fuel recovery, will assume her new role and responsibilities immediately.

“Throughout her entire career at Breakthrough, Jenny has held a steadfast dedication to providing clients with data-driven results,” said Doug Mueller, CEO and President for Breakthrough. “It is that commitment and passion for the business and clients that have made her an ideal member of the Breakthrough team and will make her an excellent COO.”
