BROOKFIELD, WI/MADISON, WI – Executive Agenda, Wisconsin’s oldest and largest membership organization dedicated exclusively to executive development across business functions, has appointed Monalu Packard to lead a new Executive Agenda Group in the Madison area.

 

Monalu Packard brings over 37 years of experience in sales, human resources, organizational development and change management.  She has certifications in Prosci Change Management, Predictive Index, and OSI Polaris.  Formerly, she was with Marking Services, Inc., leading the sales efforts for the U.S. Contractor Division. 

 

Packard just got back from a week long intensive certification in Tampa Bay, FL and is now in the process of handpicking members to fill her group of area business leaders.  The members will be made up of executive level managers from top companies throughout the Madison area.

 

As an Executive Agenda Chair, Packard will serve as a mentor to the group and will facilitate group meetings and meet one on one with each member to surface issues, solve problems, and foster accountability in achieving goals.
