MILWAUKEE – CARW (Commercial Association of REALTORS® Wisconsin), the voice of commercial real estate, is pleased to announce the organization’s 2018 Board of Directors and the 2017 commercial real estate Deals of the Year. The announcements were presented to an audience of more than 250 commercial real estate professionals in attendance at the annual Deal of the Year Awards and Annual Meeting event on October 19, 2017.

The prestigious CARW Deal of the Year recognition was awarded in seven categories: Bank Loan, Development, Industrial, Investment, Office, Retail, and Judge’s Choice.  Finalists in each category were featured in video vignettes at the event.  A complete list of nominees can be found by visiting our page.

“This year’s submissions featured many very large and complicated transactions,” said Tracy Johnson with CARW. “Many of the deals featured strong collaboration between brokers and firms. In addition, there was an enormous emphasis on the importance of strong public-private partnerships for making a transaction run smoothly.”
