MENOMONEE FALLS, Wisc. – June 2, 2017 – The accolades continue to accrue for SKYGEN USA. The company, which is dedicated to transforming the delivery of health benefits through innovative, technology-enabled solutions that drive down the cost of care while ensuring healthier outcomes for all Americans, announced today that it has been ranked number 86 on the prestigious 2017 Healthcare Informatics (HCI) 100 list.

This marks the first time that SKYGEN USA, with 2016 revenues of $102 million, has appeared on the list, which demonstrates where healthcare organizations are focusing their spending. The 2017 HCI 100 ranks the top vendors based on revenues derived from healthcare IT products and services delivered in the U.S. during fiscal year 2016. SKYGEN USA joins other industry leaders such as Optum, Cerner Corp., McKesson Technology Solutions, Epic Systems, athenahealth, and GE Healthcare in earning this recognition.

“The healthcare industry is undergoing profound changes, creating challenges that can only be solved by thinking differently about how technology is used,” said Craig Kasten, chairman of the board and co-founder of SKYGEN USA. “As a nation, we can’t afford to continue using time-consuming and expensive manual processes. SKYGEN USA is focused on re-engineering the delivery of healthcare, developing comprehensive and on-demand solutions that solve these issues in a way that benefits all Americans. It is this type of thinking that has enabled us to consistently achieve double-digit year-over-year revenue growth, and we are proud that we are among such elite companies on the HCI 100 list.”

SKYGEN USA offers technology-enabled enterprise-wide initiatives as well as on-demand point solutions that solve the most pressing industry challenges facing healthcare payers, delivery systems, and state regulatory agencies across the dental, vision, and medical markets. These solutions create unprecedented levels of automation and cost savings to power the most efficient health plans in the country. The company partners with more than 30 of the largest government and commercial insurers in the U.S., managing more than 35 million members lives on its technology platform and in excess of 11 million through its outsourcing solutions.

Being named to the HCI 100 list is the latest recognition of SKYGEN USA’s impressive upward trajectory as an organization. SKYGEN USA company Wonderbox Technologies has also earned a place on the Deloitte Fast 500 in 2015 and 2016, and was included in the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Technology Companies in North America in 2016.

“SKYGEN USA has established an outstanding reputation for our ability to think creatively about the problems facing the healthcare industry and the solutions needed to overcome them,” said Greg Borca, co-founder of SKYGEN USA. “That success is reflected in our growth. We are proud to join the industry leaders that make up the HCI 100, and are thankful to our clients and our employees for helping us achieve this recognition.”
