BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced that it has opened its new, full-service office on Monday, March 20. The new office was built just outside of its current location inside Pick N Save supermarket at 1819 Main St. in Green Bay. The branch features an updated design concept and new technology that offer customers extended hours of service and more convenient banking, including drive up and video teller banking.

North Shore Bank has been serving residents and businesses in this area for 27 years. The in-store
branch is now closed, and the branch staff has transferred to the new location.

The new office features an open-concept lobby, cutting-edge technology, including a drive-up
remote teller machine, self-serve coin counter, interactive kiosk technology, video conferencing capabilities with product and more. The branch is fully staffed with concierge and personal bankers and a branch manager on hand to help customers with their banking transactions. The new technology and enhanced branch designs allow customers more flexible options, including extended banking hours.

“At North Shore Bank, we are always working to provide the best experience and the most convenient banking options for our customers,” said Kerri Collins, vice president and district manager for North Shore Bank’s North Region. “We’re excited about the new branch’s innovative design and versatile features, and we know the community will embrace these updates.”

To celebrate the new branch, the bank will hold a grand opening event, open to the public, on Saturday, April 8 with giveaways, account specials, and prizes that include a family membership to the Kroc Center. The first 50 to attend the Grand Opening will receive a pair of day passes to the Kroc Center. Families can enjoy a free bouncy house, and fire truck tours, receive child ID safety kits and tips from the Green Bay Police Department, and attend a seminar on teaching kids to save. The bank will also host a Brat Fry to benefit Green Bay Preble High School’s Sting Cancer group from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.

The branch lobby is now open Monday through Wednesday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Thursday and Fridays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 1 pm. The new office also offers a drive up with extended hours of service Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m, Saturday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
