Standard Process Inc. Continues to Increase Staff
Seven new hires announced at Standard Process

PALMYRA, Wis. (March 10, 2016)—Standard Process Inc. announces it has hired seven new employees. The additions, needed to keep up with the demand for its dietary supplements, continue the company’s record hiring trend that began in 2015. Standard Process now employs 370 people at its corporate headquarters in Palmyra, Wisconsin.

“Last year, almost every department in the company hired at least one new employee, and that trend is not slowing down in 2016,” said Krista Beaudry, Standard Process’ human resources director. “Not only does our growth demonstrate that America has embraced whole food supplements in a big way, it also shows Standard Process is a workplace of choice for many employees.”

The newest employees to join Standard Process are: Kristin Burzynski, Amanda Gailloreto, Chandrika Karanam, Corinne Rabay, Lisa Ridgely, David Schnoor, and Cathy Toniazzo.

Burzynski, of Delafield, Wisconsin, joins Standard Process as a human resources generalist responsible primarily for new hire on-boarding, talent acquisition and employee relations. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in human resources.

Joining the company’s quality control department are Gailloreto and Rabay. As a new chemist in the department, Gailloreto, of Whitewater, Wisconsin, helps perform multiple assays to guarantee the company’s products meet or exceed its label claims. She is a 2015 University of Wisconsin-Platteville graduate.

Rabay, of Eagle, Wisconsin, is a microbiologist for the company. A 2015 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, Rabay performs tests on raw materials and finished goods to ensure product safety and quality.

Karanam and Toniazzo join the information technology (IT) department at Standard Process. Karanam, of Brookfield, Wisconsin, is the new senior IT project manager responsible for supervising medium and large IT projects, and managing the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. She holds a 1994 master’s degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.

Toniazzo, a Town of Ottawa, Wisconsin, resident, joins the company as a member of the IT department’s applications support team. She assists with installing, upgrading and customizing production-related applications, as well as analyzing customer needs to recommend and develop solutions for business processes using available or new technology. She holds an associate degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Ridgely, of Waterford, Wisconsin, is the new content strategist for Standard Process. As a part of the marketing department, Ridgely is responsible for developing and coordinating marketing content initiatives to drive customer retention, customer engagement and sales. A 2002 University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee alumna, Ridgely holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications.

Schnoor, of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, joins the company as a third shift production supervisor responsible for ensuring production activities meet performance standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
