HPGM to Launch New Programming Focused on Employee Resource Groups Called – CLEO Milwaukee

Milwaukee, WI – In partnership with Dr. Robert Rodriguez, Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee (HPGM) is bringing the Consortium of Leading Employee Organizations (CLEO) to Milwaukee. For the past six years, Dr. Rodriguez has been leading CLEO Chicago with some of the largest companies in Illinois, working with their respective employee resource groups (ERGs) to help identify talent and engage the local workforce.

Dr. Rodriguez feels strongly that, “through the sharing of best practices, access to leadership development and insight into the latest ERG trends, HPGM and CLEO Milwaukee will no doubt help Milwaukee ERGs make a larger impact for their members, the greater Milwaukee community and their employers.”

HPGM has experienced incredible growth over the past few years, under the leadership of President & CEO Griselda Aldrete. “With growth comes a greater need to provide a value to our members and key stakeholders,” said Aldrete. “Given the high-level of interest in ERGs from our corporate partners and our members, this partnership comes at the right time and with the right level of expertise that Dr. Rodriguez brings.”

Board Chair Jamie Delgadillo agrees, “This is a tremendous opportunity for both HPGM’s members and for our greater community…it fits perfectly with HPGM’s mission of advancing the careers of Hispanics in our community. We are incredibly excited about this partnership.”

HPGM and their corporate partners will select talented and diverse individuals to participate in this program to advance employee resource groups. CLEO meetings will be held once a quarter and hosted by a local corporate partner.

HPGM is a 501(c)3 organization founded in Milwaukee in 2001. HPGM’s mission is to create a dynamic environment for Hispanic professionals to thrive by fostering leadership, mentoring, education, networking, and new initiatives that support Hispanics and Hispanic businesses.
