DeWitt Names Kremer Minneapolis Office Managing Partner
MADISON|MILWAUKEE|MINNEAPOLIS – The law firm of DeWitt Ross & Stevens S.C., and its affiliate DeWitt Mackall Crounse & Moore S.C., today announced James D. Kremer will lead its Minneapolis office as its Office Managing Partner.
“Jim’s background, experience and approach to problem-solving make him an excellent choice to join the Firm’s leadership team,” said Bradley C. Fulton, the firm’s President & Managing Partner. In his role, Kremer will work with Fulton to enhance the satisfaction of clients served in Minneapolis, collaborate with firm administration to grow the firm’s presence in the region and ensure the Minneapolis office continues to be an active member in local community initiatives.

Kremer, who specializes in Labor & Employment Law, Construction and Commercial Litigation, and Appellate Law, has more than 20 years of experience partnering with his clients to design and improve employment policies and practices; managing and resolving internal disputes; implementing effective ligation avoidance strategies; and litigating claims to successful conclusion efficiently and cost-effectively. He has extensive leadership experience, including serving as the Chair of the Board, Director of Finance, Executive Committee Member and Member of the Board of Directors for Perspectives, Inc., – an award-winning, full-service housing and chemical addiction agency serving underprivileged, at-risk women and their children.
He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Moorehead State University. Kremer is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association and is a resident of St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
