The Best Buddies Friendship Walk is a fun-filled community fundraiser that supports local Best Buddies programs of inclusion. Best Buddies is a friendship program structured around the academic year. One-to-one matches between a student with a disability and one without a disability are made in the fall and both individuals in the “buddy pair” commit to the program for an academic year – but many times lasts well beyond. There are chapters in our community at CedarburgHigh School, HomesteadHigh School, Port WashingtonHigh Schooland coming soon, GraftonHigh School.
