Pantheon BC: Facing the new reality — Dec. 3 seminar to focus on reinventing businesses

Brookfield, Wis. – The economy of recent years has shaken many businesses to their core, forcing them to refocus, realign and reprioritize. As they face the future with a wholly different perspective, what is the right growth plan to move forward?

A Dec. 3 seminar, “Reinventing Your Business for the Next Decade,” will examine how companies can adapt to a changed marketplace by developing a defined mission, vision and management strategy. The free event is from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at U.S. Bank Brookfield Square, 205 N. Moorland Road.

The seminar is the fourth offered by Pantheon BC in conjunction with U.S. Bank. Previous workshops focused on business valuation, growth strategy, and using data analysis to drive better decision-making.

“Reinventing Your Business for the Next Decade” will help business owners develop a sound platform that will allow them to adjust to the significant economic and market changes that are occurring. Many companies are experiencing huge shifts in their industries, including changes in their customer base, competitive environment, financing capabilities and labor pool. This paradigm shift can leave owners and managers uncertain about how to adapt and begin growing again.

“During economic booms companies with strong growth momentum can become over-confident and less proactive,” said Timothy Lantz, President of Pantheon BC, who will lead the seminar. “When conditions change and growth slows or goes negative, regaining momentum can be difficult. By re-evaluating goals, market characteristics, management strategies and resource allocations, companies can begin to move forward again.”

Lantz, the instructor, has more than 15 years of combined sales, management and consulting experience in a variety of business environments and industries. Pantheon BC focuses on strategy, data analysis, training, guidance and support to help businesses build strong, financially healthy operations that stand the test of time.

Interested attendees are asked to RSVP by Dec. 1 to David Wahl, U.S. Bank, at (262) 780-5033 or david.wahl@usbank.com.
