WMEP: Kristin K. Reid joins WMEP as director of consulting services

MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership (WMEP) has named Kristin K. Reid Director of Consulting Services.

In this role, Reid will be responsible for leading WMEP’s team of manufacturing specialists in achieving performance and financial goals.

Reid brings more than 20 years of experience in consulting services, process improvement and project management to WMEP. Throughout her professional career, she has been instrumental in the development and delivery of industry-leading services that have helped hundreds of companies improve performance, reduce costs, leverage technology and streamline business processes.

Prior to joining WMEP, Reid served as Operations Manager for Naviant Group LLC and as Leader of Best Practices for Virchow, Krause & Co., LLP, one of Wisconsin’s largest accounting firms now known as Baker Tilly. She also has held senior-level positions at Jefferson Wells International and Kohler Co.

“Kristin Reid’s experience and knowledge will be a tremendous asset to WMEP,” said Mike Klonsinski, WMEP’s executive director.

A Sun Prairie resident, Reid holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Reid has more than 10 years of international experience and has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and Africa.
