Local attorney to join prestigious international society

New Berlin, Wis. – Rob Jaskulski, of the Habush Habush & Rottier, S.C. office in Milwaukee, has been invited to be inducted as a fellow of the International Society of Barristers, a prestigious society that seeks to honor top tier trial attorneys throughout the world. Currently, the society is comprised of 650 attorneys, the majority being from the United States with 40 members from Canada, and 12 from other countries.

“The most rewarding aspect of being invited to join this society is the recognition I receive from my peers for my efforts to be an ethical and effective advocate serving those in need,” said Jaskulski.

To qualify for the Society, candidates must first be nominated by a current member of the Society before undergoing a rigorous screening process designed to demonstrate the candidate is a first-class trial attorney with top-quality skills, employs absolute integrity in all aspects of his or her work, and carries him or herself with a sense of amiability, congeniality, and humility. If the candidate successfully completes the screening process, his or her nomination is then voted upon by the Society’s National Board.

“Being inducted into this society is truly a top honor for any trial attorney,” said Robert Habush, president of Habush Habush & Rottier, who is also a member of the International Society of Barristers. “I am extremely proud of Rob for achieving this designation, and am honored to work alongside such an ethical and talented attorney.”

Jaskulski and his fellow Habush Habush & Rottier colleague Tim Trecek have been invited to join the International Society of Barristers, and will be officially inducted during a ceremony to be held at the Society’s national convention in March of 2011 in Hawaii.

Jaskulski received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and is a graduate of Marquette University Law School. He has been named a “Super Lawyer” in Wisconsin by Milwaukee Magazine since 2005, and was listed as one of Wisconsin’s top 50 “Super Lawyers” in 2009. Since 2006, Mr. Jaskulski has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America. In 2004, Jaskulski received the “Leaders in the Law” award by the Wisconsin Law Journal for his appellate advocacy in the area of insurance law in Wisconsin. He is an Associate with the American Board of Trial Advocates and is on the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice. Jaskulski resides in New Berlin with his wife and four children.
