Designed to specifically address the daily customer challenges many Chippewa County company’s experience, the two hour workshop teaches strategies and tools that you can implement immediately to give great customer service that generates repeat business.

CCEDC workshops are designed to assist area small businesses and entrepreneurs, they are open to interested business owners, managers and entrepreneurs. Seating is limited and advance registration and payment is required.

Registration is $10.00 per workshop but they are free to persons enrolled in the CCEDC Entrepreneur Development Program and CVIC Incubator clients.
