(PRS), the owner and manager of Capitol Lakes® in Madison, Wisconsin (http://www.retirement.org), announced today that it is now the new manager of Middleton Glen, an Independent Living retirement community located in the Middleton Hills neighborhood of Middleton, Wisconsin (http://www.middletonglen.com).
* Middleton Glen is comprised of two corporations representing the two phases of its development: Middleton Glen, Inc., and Senior Housing of Middleton, Inc.
* The Board of Directors of both corporations awarded management contracts to PRS in October 2009, after a Request for Proposal (RFP) process that involved public and resident board members.
* Management by PRS began on December 1, 2009.
* Both phases are managed and marketed as one community under the name of Middleton Glen.
