MADISON, Wis. — Kelly Erbach, assistant vice president – contact services, at Summit Credit Union, celebrates a landmark 25 years with the Madison-based financial this month.

Kelly joined Summit (formerly known as Great Wisconsin Credit Union) in 1984 as a teller and was promoted to teller supervisor just three years later. In 1993, she was again promoted to teller operations manager and two years later, to branch manager at the financial’s Yellowstone location in Madison. Kelly has also held branch managerial positions at both the Thierer Road and Rimrock locations. In 1997, Kelly spearheaded the development of the financial’s call center. Most recently, in 2008, she became assistant vice president of Summit’s contact services.

A life-long resident of Madison, Kelly is a graduate of Edgewood High School and attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
