“Do More with Less: Get Fast Productivity Gains with Low Cost Gemba Kaizen Tactics” will be held from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, at the Country Springs Hotel, 2810 Golf Road, Pewaukee. Gemba Kaizen is a results-proven core strategy of lean manufacturing.

“In this economy, learning how to do more with less is essential for survival,” said Rick Goodson, presentation speaker and WMEP lean expert who has helped dozens of Milwaukee area manufacturers implement lean manufacturing techniques.

Participants will learn how Gemba Kaizen tactics can be used to lower costs, ramp up productivity and increase output. “These tools can be put into place quickly with minimal investment and produce immediate returns,” he said.

A Waupun, Wisconsin-based manufacturer will discuss the benefits and ROI of its Gemba Kaizen efforts during the presentation.
