MILWAUKEE, Wis.– January 23, 2009 – The law firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Daniel Miske to its Milwaukee office. A shareholder, Miske concentrates his practice in the areas of condominium law, business law, civil litigation and collections. Within these areas of practice he handles consulting and litigation engagements for businesses, condominium associations, insurance companies and individuals in a variety of matters including contract disputes, declaration and bylaw issues, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act claims, unfair trade practices and insurance defense matters.

Mr. Miske is a graduate of the DePaul University School of Law and received his bachelor’s degree from Marquette University. He published The Collection Action chapter in West’s Wisconsin Practice: Methods of Practice and is a frequent speaker and publisher on condominium and collection topics such as the foreclosure of condominium liens, conflict resolution within condominiums, developing and managing condominiums, advanced collection law and collection law from start to finish, including judgment enforcement.

Mr. Miske is past Chairman of the Milwaukee Bar Association’s Professionalism Committee, a Director and President-Elect of the Community Association Institute of Wisconsin, and President of North Shore Country Club. He also coaches youth baseball and football teams.
