4th Street Forum: Economic Vitality, Tax Subsidies, and Jobs

A recent 4th Street Forum in Milwaukee examined the use of tax subsidies for business development. 4th Street Forum is a nonpartisan program, aimed at promoting public discussion of political and social issues that are of concern to the community. The forums are sponsored by the Milwaukee Turners, Milwaukee Public Television and UWM-Milwaukee Idea.
