Milwaukee, WI, November 17, 2005 – Neurognostics, Inc., a Wisconsin company specializing in functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) products and services, announced today that it chose Specified Imaging, a Louisiana-based distributor of medical imaging products, as its first distributor of the MindState™ product line.

“We are really excited to sign on our first regional distributor,” said Len Seward, Neurognostics’ Vice President of Sales. “We believe this will provide us with a more focused and effective sales effort and give us a stronger physical presence in the market.”

Under the new distributorship, Neurognostics is able to expand the sale of its fMRI products and services – MindState™ fDAD™ and MindState™ fDPD™ – into the southeastern region of the United States. Neurognostics’ MindState™ product line enables clinicians to perform fMRI examinations easily and cost-effectively by avoiding the investment of time, money and the steep learning curve associated with starting up an fMRI practice.

“We welcome the opportunity to work with Neurognostics,” said Stacy McCoy, Specified Imaging’s CEO. “We feel that Neurognostics’ product line blends perfectly within the scope of our specialty. Their commitment to making fMRI technology available to the clinical community is also very appealing to us. We look forward to developing a strong, mutually beneficial relationship with Neurognostics.”
