The Public Service Commission (PSC) will consolidate its operations and services into the Hill Farms State Office Building in Madison, effective April 23. The new building offers convenient visitor parking, state of the art technology, energy efficient building systems, and a hearing room open to the public.

The new location of the PSC is: 4822 Madison Yards Way, Madison, WI 53705-9100.

“Consolidating offices into one building is an efficient use of taxpayer dollars, and allows the PSC to continue providing safe, reliable, and affordable service to Wisconsin ratepayers,” said PSC Chairman Lon Roberts. “Throughout the transition, Wisconsinites who have issues relating to their regulated utility, are still encouraged to contact our Division of Consumer Affairs.”

The last day for full in-person services at the current PSC headquarters, 610 North Whitney Way, is April 13. Limited in-person services will be available the week of April 16, and full in-person services will resume on April 23 at the Hill Farms State Office Building.

Citizens can receive assistance by calling the PSC’s Division of Consumer Affairs, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., at 608-266-2001 or the toll free number, 800-225-7729.
