WISCONSIN – Schenck is hosting a workshop, “Leading for the Future,” designed to help leaders connect their organization’s strategic priorities to the development and performance of their managers.
Participants will learn how a leadership team with the right focus, priorities and skills can address their most challenging business issues. Schenck’s Business Optimization team will guide participants in how to build leaders throughout their organization, while also providing the newest leaders with the right coaching to succeed.
The workshop will be held from 8 to 9:30 a.m. with registration opening at 7:30 a.m., and will be offered in two locations:
- Wednesday, July 12 at the Bridgewood Resort Hotel & Conference Center, 1000 Cameron Way, Neenah
- Wednesday, July 19 at Tundra Lodge Resort & Conference Center, 865 Lombardi Ave., Green Bay
Presenters include:
