WEST BEND, WI (June 2, 2017) – Kevin Steiner, president and CEO of West Bend Mutual Insurance Company, announced Murali Natarajan has joined the company as senior vice president and chief information officer. He will help guide the company as they strive to offer technology capabilities and solutions to meet business demands. Natarajan’s hire is effective May 22, 2017.

Natarajan brings more than 20 years of experience to West Bend. He most recently served as vice president of IT for RLI Insurance Company in Peoria, IL. He was responsible for creating the company’s technology vision and direction in partnership with RLI’s business leaders.
Natarajan earned a bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology from BITS Pilani in India. He also has master’s degrees in Information Systems and Business Administration from Bradley University in Peoria, and holds the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) designations.
