EPIC Creative: Expands three departments to support agency growth

WEST BEND, Wis. (April 4, 2017) – EPIC Creative, a leading full-service advertising and marketing agency headquartered in West Bend, Wis., welcomes three new employees – Juan Valenzuela, Ted Bertsch and Brian Redmond – to support the agency’s ongoing growth.

In his new role as account manager, Valenzuela will set the standards for seamless process management, and identifying opportunities to grow client relationships. He will also work closely with all of the EPIC teams to provide the client with a holistic relationship across the agency. Valenzuela previously held positions with Guaranty Bank, GMR Marketing and Laughlin Constable.

Valenzuela studied marketing management at Milwaukee Area Technical College in 2006.

Bertsch joins EPIC as a systems administrator in EPIC’s IT department. Bertsch will be responsible for deployment, installation/configuration, general operation and maintenance of systems and servers.

Bertsch formerly worked at Milwaukee Tool where he served as a client engineer since July 2014. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in engineering physics from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater in 2009.

Redmond joins EPIC’s production team as a video producer and videographer/editor. In his new role, Redmond will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of video production, including managing logistics through the lifecycle of the project.

Prior to joining EPIC, Redmond held positions with Vans Warped Tour and Radmond Media. Redmond earned his Associates degree in marketing from Madison College located in Madison, Wis. in 2012.
