Move Part of Strategic Changes Under OwnersEdge Leadership
Brookfield, Wis. (March 15, 2017) – BAYCOM and CC&N, sister companies in the OwnersEdge portfolio, are establishing a brand-aligned, regional office in Fox Crossing. The new, 6,600-square-foot location at 1620 Drum Corps Dr. will open on April 17 and replaces an individual office BAYCOM occupied in Neenah and another CC&N had in Appleton.
BAYCOM is a leading provider of mission-critical voice, mobile data and video solutions for public safety and commercial clients. CC&N provides expertise in cabling, fiber and physical security infrastructure, voice and video communications, WiFi networks and in-building cell and RF antenna solutions. Both companies work with customers throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest.
BAYCOM is also making a change in the Milwaukee market. As of March 24, it will relocate from an older building in West Allis to BAYCOM South – a new, 8,400-square-foot facility in Pewaukee, which is close to CC&N’s headquarters in Brookfield.
The moves are part of a strategic alignment between OwnersEdge companies. In April 2016, OwnersEdge added two Green Bay-based businesses – BAYCOM, Inc. and TourGuide Solutions – to its existing portfolio that included CC&N and NEXT Electric. All of the companies are 100% employee-owned ESOPs.

BAYCOM and CC&N Regional Office
A total of 20 BAYCOM and CC&N employees will transfer to the Fox Crossing office to serve the growing Fox Valley and surrounding counties. Combined, the two organizations work with a number of local and regional clients, including Meijer, Johnsonville Sausage, Winnebago County, Outagamie County and Brown County.

The facility features an enhanced technical infrastructure that includes Cat6 cabling throughout and specialized areas to demonstrate and stage equipment, as well as a separate building BAYCOM technicians will use for installation of public safety equipment in police, fire, EMS and city and county vehicles.
BAYCOM South
BAYCOM will relocate 21 employees from a 7,500-square-foot office at 11408 W. Lincoln Ave., West Allis, to BAYCOM South, a new 8,400-square-foot facility at W239 N2890 Pewaukee Rd., Pewaukee. As part of the expansion, the company is planning to add sales, marketing and technical employees.
The Pewaukee office has been designed to meet the specific requirements of BAYCOM’s business operations and will include an expanded technical services department and dedicated areas for equipment staging, bench repair and equipment installation.

BAYCOM now has locations in Fox Crossing, Pewaukee and Green Bay. CC&N has offices in Fox Crossing, Brookfield, Madison and Eau Claire.
