M-WERC’s WERCBench Labs: Announces next program offering

Milwaukee – Today, The Midwest Energy Research Consortium (M-WERC) announced the seven start-up teams set to participate in the next program phase of the second WERCBench Labs. This AIP – “Advanced Innovation Program” – will help these selected start ups develop the skills needed to successfully present their projects to investors.

The class will be lead by Jacquin Davidson, who most recently served as the Executive Director at Biz Starts. Davidson, CEO of Davidson Associates brings 35 years of professional and entrepreneurial experience. Dave Zachman from The Commons will return as an instructor and M-WERC Staff will make up the remainder of the  instruction team for this program.

The program will focus on positioning the start-up teams to be attractive to investors, develop robust plans for achievable revenue growth for each start-up company, expand their set of advisers and networking capabilities to develop a governance structure, and make a series of presentations to investors in the last few weeks of the program.
