Re-elected board members include: John Boldt, PE, FACEC (Chairman, President and CEO); Charles
Craddock, PE (Executive Vice President and COO); Jerry Payonk, PE (Executive Vice President); Hans
Peterson, PE (Senior Vice President/Treasurer); Al Staron, PE (Senior Vice President/Secretary); Nancy
Hiner (Senior Vice President); Mustafa Emir, PhD, PE (Vice President); Wes Christmas, PE (Vice President/Assistant Treasurer); and Jon Howaniec, PHR (Vice President).
Tonia Speener, PE, and Sean Marzano, PE, have been elected as new shareholders.
