(NASDAQ:PLXS), a leading engineering, manufacturing and aftermarket services provider, today announced that it has been recognized as a Full Member by the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC). With more than 100 members, the EICC is the world’s largest coalition of electronics companies that actively seek to improve the rights and well-being of those involved in the industry’s global supply chain.
Plexus joined the EICC as an Applicant Member in 2014. Over the past two years, the Company has made great strides to expand its social responsibility program by adopting the EICC’s Code of Conduct and enhancing internal practices. Plexus requires major suppliers to adopt the EICC Code of Conduct, furthering the positive impact the EICC has made throughout the electronics industry supply chain.
