West Bend Mutual Insurance Wins Company Award of Excellence
WEST BEND, Wis. (September 23, 2016) – West Bend Mutual Insurance is the winner of the 2016 Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) National Company Award of Excellence.
The Award of Excellence honors West Bend for its dedicated support of the American independent agency system by providing outstanding service to agents, furthering the interests of agents, and actively supporting the company’s efforts to create a better business environment for professional, independent insurance agents.
The National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) represents independent insurance agents in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia. PIA National presents four prestigious national awards annually: the Company Award of Excellence, Company Representative of the Year, Managing General Agency (MGA) of the Year and Excellence in Social Media awards.
Individual PIA members, as well as PIA state and regional affiliate associations submit nominations.
West Bend will be presented with the award at a luncheon ceremony on Friday, September 23, 2016, held in conjunction with the association’s 2016 Fall Governance Meetings in Omaha, Nebraska.
