MRA-The Management Association launched its Candidate Experience Surveys an innovative HR tool to help employers succeed in our Candidate-Driven Economy. MRA is the only organization to offer this revolutionary, new survey tool providing employers in-depth and personalized data analytics as candidates go through the application, screening, interviewing and job offer process. Adding to the uniqueness of this tool is that it also provides applicants an opportunity to provide real-time and confidential feedback to employers.

“We are now in a Candidate-Driven Economy which means candidates are in control. Successful organizations will need to reevaluate how they recruit, screen, interview, select and retain talent,” according to Beth Mathison, director of employment services at MRA. “A bad candidate experience can have long-lasting and far-reaching effects on an organization. The war for talent is over and the candidates have won! Our Candidate Experience Surveys allow candidates the opportunity to provide 100 percent confidential, real-time feedback about their candidate journey.”

According to Mathison, MRA’s Candidate Experience Surveys offers employers a competitive advantage for finding, recruiting and keeping top talent. Additionally, the surveys will help employers promote their brand. “Candidates who have a positive experience are more likely to refer other candidates to your organization and are more inclined to apply again in the future. They are also more likely to do business with your organization if their candidate experience was positive. Survey results will help employers focus on areas most critical to their organization for improvement which can lead to increased quality of hire, stronger new hire engagement levels, increased satisfaction and streamlined onboarding.”

MRA’s four, unique Candidate Experience Surveys are issued by employers either through their applicant tracking system or as an email, at distinct stages of a candidate’s journey: post application; screened but not selected; interviewed and post offer. MRA designed survey questions that will elicit valuable feedback to help employers make better decisions and adjust strategies accordingly. Employers can decide when they will receive two, individualized analytical survey reports. Additionally, all participating employers will receive one semiannual Benchmark Report that includes analytics from all employers using the survey tool.

The media is invited to contact MRA to schedule interviews about its Candidate Experience Surveys.
