McClone changes name of Burkart-Heisdorf divisions and dedicates Sheboygan Building
On Thursday, June 23, 2016, McClone, a Wisconsin-based, family-owned, leading strategic risk management company, will celebrate the full integration of the Burkart-Heisdorf and McClone companies under a unified name with a 2 p.m. dedication ceremony at its Sheboygan office, 1807 Erie Ave. The building will officially be renamed the Burkart-Heisdorf Building to honor the company’s 100 years of insurance excellence in Sheboygan.
Effective June 24, all Burkart-Heisdorf locations will officially be renamed McClone. McClone acquired Burkart-Heisdorf in 2012, bringing the combined companies’ services to Sheboygan, Green Lake, Madison, Menasha, Milwaukee, Oshkosh and Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
“Burkart-Heisdorf and McClone have been serving our communities as one company for almost four years. While we have always had the same mission of driving down risk for our clients, this brings our team together under a unified name,” Ryan McClone, co-principal and executive vice president of McClone, said. “We consider ourselves fortunate to have combined two like-minded companies, both focused on providing unparalleled, transparent, personalized service to our clients. While there will be a different logo on the door, our dedication to our clients will not change.”
The building dedication and ribbon cutting will include Vice President of McClone Phil Burkart, Mayor Mike Vandersteen of Sheboygan, Mayor Randy Meyer of Sheboygan Falls, Bill Marklein of the City of Sheboygan Chamber of Commerce and Shirl Breunig of the Sheboygan Falls Chamber of Commerce.
