First National Bank – Fox Valley (FNB Fox Valley) has promoted John Hintze to Senior Commercial Banker and has hired Kalley Haen, Natalie Maas, Pat Mahoney, Dawn Pennington, Ashley Kuepper, Cassondra Aldrich and Andy Poquette.

John Hintze has been promoted to Senior Commercial Banker. Hintze has been with FNB Fox Valley since 2008 and has made essential contributions to the growth of FNB’s commercial loan portfolio through his untiring work ethic and passion for success. John also plays a very active role in the local community as the Board president of Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Services, Inc., a Board member of Evergreen Retirement Community and a member of the Oshkosh Revolving Loan Fund.

Kalley Haen has been hired as a full-time Teller who will travel between FNB’s branches as needed. Kalley is new to the financial industry, but has 4 prior years of customer service experience.

Natalie Maas also joins FNB as a full-time Teller who will split her time between the bank’s two Appleton branches. Natalie has 2 years of previous customer service experience, but is new to the financial industry.

Pat Mahoney has been hired as a part-time Courier who will travel between FNB’s five branches making deliveries and assisting with day-to-day maintenance. Pat is a retired veterinarian and regularly volunteers his time with Habitat for Humanity of the Fox Cities.

Dawn Pennington joins FNB as a Universal Banker who will be based out of the bank’s Neenah branch. Dawn has worked in the financial industry for 7 years, most recently at Hometown Bank. As a Universal Banker, Dawn will assist customers as a teller with day-to-day banking transactions and will also act as a Relationship Banker assisting with transactions like the opening of deposit accounts, credit cards and consumer loans.

Ashley Kuepper has been hired as a part-time Teller who will travel between FNB’s 5 branches as needed. She has prior years of experience in the retail and customer service industries, but is new to banking. Ashley will assist customers with daily banking transactions.

Cassondra Aldrich joins FNB as a full time Teller who will be based out of the bank’s Neenah location. Although new to banking, Cassondra has an extensive background in the customer service and hospitality industries, and is experienced in sales and building business relationships. Cassondra is an active volunteer at the Oshkosh Area Humane Society and the Solutions Recovery Center in Oshkosh.

Andy Poquette has been hired as FNB’s Treasury Management Specialist and will be based out the bank’s corporate location in Neenah. Andy has 10 years of experience in the financial industry, most recently as a Treasury Management Relationship Manager at US Bank. He will be primarily responsible for providing customer service and solutions to business clients to assist with streamlining their payables and receivables and mitigating fraud risk.
