UPDATE CALL TO DISCUSS ACQUISITION DEAL
DS Healthcare Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:DSKX) will conduct a conference call to discuss the recently announced agreement to acquire Radiancy, Inc., a leading developer of consumer medical devices and the Neova® dermatological products business.
