Lutheran Home Hires New Chief Financial Officer
WAUWATOSA, WI, February 18, 2016— The Lutheran Home and Harwood Place recently announced that they have hired Gail Boerema, CPA, CGMA for the position of VP-Finance & Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for leading and directing the fiscal strategy of the organizations in accordance with the mission and values.
Boerema, who is a resident of New Berlin, most recently spent seven years at Jewish Senior Living, serving as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, she spent six years as manager of accounting for Froedtert Health System/Community Memorial Hospital. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designations.

In 2015, Boerema was named a Woman of the Year, by the National Association of Professional Women. She is an active volunteer for Community Memorial Hospital and Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
