Wipfli expands valuation practice with addition of Fran Egan
Milwaukee, Wisconsin (December 14, 2015) — Wipfli LLP, a leading CPA and consulting firm, announced that it has expanded its Valuation, Litigation and Transaction Services (VLT) practice with the recent addition of seasoned valuation professional Fran Egan. He will be based in the firm’s office in Media, Pennsylvania.

As a manager in the firm’s VLT Practice, Egan will draw from over 15 years of consulting experience, including over ten years specifically focused on providing valuation services.
Prior to joining Wipfli, Egan worked as a manager for HealthCare Appraisers, Inc., a national provider of fair market value consulting and valuation services for health care-related businesses. In that role, he provided fair market value analyses for a variety of health care industry arrangements with Stark Law or Anti-Kickback implications and conducted valuation analyses related to health care mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Egan’s experience includes performing business appraisals for litigation support purposes in a variety of industries.
A chartered financial analyst, Egan is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia. He has completed all four courses from the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and his use of the ASA designation is pending. He holds a bachelor of science degree in finance from The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State).
