Madison, WI, November 9, 2015-Wisconsin Bank & Trust is pleased to announce that Amber Tenpas has been promoted to Vice President, Retail Banking Manager with retail oversight for all 18 banking centers statewide.
Tenpas, who joined the bank in 2013, will be responsible for all aspects of retail banking including growing consumer deposits and sales, consumer loans, small business deposits and small business loan growth as well as providing day-to-day leadership, coaching and development of the retail staff. Tenpas, who has held the position on an interim basis since August, will continue to be based from Sheboygan’s Downtown Branch. Her previous positions with Wisconsin Bank & Trust included Assistant Vice President Commercial Banker, Business Banker and Banking Center Manager.
Prior to that she held banking positions in the Milwaukee area, most recently as a Business Banking Officer with US Bank in Brookfield. She also was a Branch Manager for Associated Bank in Mequon.
Tenpas, who grew up in Cedar Grove, is active in the community. Her involvement includes serving as vice president of the Girl Scouts of Manitou Council, president elect of Women in Management, Inc. and board member at Sheboygan Senior Community, Inc.
