Employees of local design-build-operate-and-maintain firm take on new roles

MADISON, WIS. – The Madison office of McKinstry, a full-service, design-build-operate-and-maintain (DBOM) firm specializing in consulting, construction, energy and facility services, announced today that five local employees have taken on new roles with the firm.

“These employees have offered exceptional skills and insights to our clients throughout Wisconsin,” said Business Unit Manager Matt DeMeuse. “We are excited to see them continue to grow with the company and gain even more experience that will directly benefit our clients.”

Glenn Bolt has been named Operations Manager at McKinstry. In his new role, he will take on additional financial/fiscal responsibilities, and will play a critical role in managing and developing McKinstry’s construction/delivery teams. Prior to this promotion, Glenn was the Construction Services Manager overseeing Wisconsin project work. Bolt received his A.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology from Herzing University.

Kevin Callis has been named Senior Construction Manager at McKinstry. In his new role, he will manage construction activities and teams for numerous McKinstry clients. His previous position was Construction Manager. Callis received his B.S. in Industrial Technology Studies: Building Construction Management from University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Brad Konyn has been named Construction Manager at McKinstry. In his new role, he will deliver construction projects for numerous McKinstry clients. His previous position was Site Superintendent. Konyn received his B.S. in Construction from University of Wisconsin-Stout and his B.S. in Criminal Justice from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Mario Millonzi has been named K-12 Market Leader at McKinstry. In this role, he will be the subject-matter expert for the Wisconsin K-12 market, applying account management practices and deepening client relationships in the education sector. This promotion builds upon Mario’s past experience as an Account Executive. Millonzi received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Ben Terpening has been named Account Executive at McKinstry. In his new role, he will focus on building the Illinois K-12 market. Previously, he was a Project Engineer, offering support and documentation for local construction projects. Terpening received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
