Lutheran Home Wauwatosa: Announces hiring of Lisa Krueger as VP-nursing

The Lutheran Home recently announced that they have hired Lisa Krueger for the position of Vice President-Nursing. She will be responsible for leading and directing the Nursing Department of over 200 employees and the management of all policies, procedures, regulations, and more for the skilled nursing facility in accordance with the Lutheran Home’s mission and values.

Prior to her new position, Krueger spent 16 years at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, one of the nation’s top pediatric hospitals. She served in a variety of roles, including Patient Care Manager, Patient Care Supervisor, and Pediatric Nurse. In addition, she also was a Nursing Assistant at Columbia Hospital in Milwaukee, WI.

After receiving her Bachelor of Science of Nursing degree at Carroll University she completed her masters degree in Healthcare at the University of Phoenix.

Krueger resides in West Allis with her family and is active in various charities, including the Blood Center of Wisconsin, Girls on the Move, and Badgerland Striders.
