Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts: THELMA to host Green Lake Chamber Players July 10

Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts (THELMA) is partnering with Green Lake Music Festival in hosting the Green Lake Chamber Players “Assaggi” (Little Tastes).

The players are Karen Kim, violin; Renee Skerik, viola; Tom Rosenberg, cello; and Andrew Armstrong, piano. The performance is Friday, July 10 at 7:30 pm. Doors open at 6:30 pm, pre- concert conversation begins at 7 pm with special guest, Lori Skelton of WPR.

Armstrong joins Kim in the world premiere, Incident, by Patrick Castillo, Rosenberg in the haunting movement, Louange à l’Éternité from Quartet for the End of Time by Olivier Messiaen, and Skerik in Darius Milhaud’s Sonata No. 1, Op. 240. Then they join forces for the great Piano Trio in E flat, Op. 100 by Franz Schubert.

THELMA is located at 51 Sheboygan St., in the heart of Downtown Fond du Lac’s Arts and Entertainment District.
