Wisconsin Bank & Trust Welcomes New Board Member Lola Roeh

Madison, WI, May 28, 2015—Wisconsin Bank & Trust announced today that Lola Roeh, General Manager of the Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, will join the bank’s Board of Directors in June.

“Lola Roeh is an outstanding business leader who brings valuable perspective and insight,” said Scott Mosely, Regional Market President for Wisconsin Bank & Trust. “We are pleased to welcome her to the bank’s Board of Directors.”

Roeh brings more than 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, beginning at The American Club in Kohler, where she held management and development positions in operations, guest services, marketing, special events, retail, commercial development and quality control. She opened and managed the Kohler Design Center and was Manager of Commercial Development. Prior to joining the Osthoff Resort, Roeh worked as General Manager of The American Club and ended her career there as Director of Destination Marketing for the Kohler Hospitality Businesses.

During Roeh’s tenure at Osthoff, the resort earned the AAA Four Diamond Resort rating each year, opened its 20,000-square-foot Aspira Spa, a 100-seat restaurant, lobby lounge and cooking school, and expanded its conference space. The resort has also received numerous honors, including an award as one of the 2013 World’s Best Resorts in the Continental U.S., and as one of the Top 500 Hotels and Resorts in the World in 2014, both from Travel + Leisure magazine.

Roeh is active in hospitality industry associations, having served as chair and board member for the Wisconsin Hotel and Lodging Association, which honored her with its Innkeeper of the Year Award in 2002 and 2012. She is a member of the American Hotel and Lodging Association, Wisconsin Restaurant Association, and ISPA (International Spa Association) USA.

She also has extensive community service, having served as president and board member of the Elkhart Lake Chamber of Commerce and chair and board member of the Elkhart Lake Tourism Commission. Roeh serves on the Governor’s Council for Tourism, is a past chair of the Governor’s Council and currently serves on its Marketing Committee. For her work in the industry, she was honored with the 2014 Wisconsin Department of Tourism’s Legacy Award.

“We are very excited with Lola’s addition to the board, the connection to our Elkhart Lake banking center and her extensive marketing experience,” said Kevin Tenpas, President and CEO of Wisconsin Bank & Trust.”
