Hoover joins Mary O’Brien, who has been a Practice Director leading Patina’s Healthcare team since 2013. In this role, Hoover, will provide subject matter expertise, assist in selecting the best Healthcare Patina Professional(s) for each client engagement and provide ongoing management of engagements to ensure successful outcomes. Drawing on his more than 30 years of experience, Hoover will help to build a plan for each client’s situation to provide targeted expertise and hands-on support from industry practitioners who bring best practices to help healthcare organizations succeed.

Hoover is well-versed in strategy and organizational alignment, complex transactions, physician engagement and cultural transformation. In addition, he is an effective policy advocate on state and federal levels.
Prior to joining Patina, Hoover advised scores of enterprises in management consulting and law and held senior leadership positions with the Heart Hospital of New Mexico, the Heart Hospital of Milwaukee, National Surgical Hospitals, the Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare.
