MILWAUKEE, WI – Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols S.C., a Milwaukee based Wisconsin law firm, has added Pamela Zacharias as Firm Administrator.
“From our early conversations, we saw that Pamela has exceptional leadership skills and communication. Her knowledge and expertise will play a key role in our firm’s future growth and development,” said Tom Nichols, President and Shareholder at Meissner Tierney.
Zacharias comes to Meissner Tierney from Dental Associates, where she served as Director of HR/Labor Relations. Zacharias was responsible for labor negotiations, contract adherence and maintaining positive working relationships with three bargaining units. In addition, she oversaw the company’s group benefits and recruitment of clinic support staff for all 12 clinics and corporate staff positions. Her previous experience working for a law firm and as Director of HR and Office Management at a design and build firm has prepared Zacharias for her new role at Meissner Tierney.

Zacharias received her B.S. in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is PHR accredited.
