On March 16, a week before the 5th anniversary of the signing of the Affordable Care Act into law, WisBusiness.com convenes a panel of experts to review the major effects of the ACA and its possible future impacts on the health care industry, businesses and beyond. The discussion is especially timely given this week’s oral arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court on subsidies that affect thousands of Wisconsin residents.

Expert panelists include: Medical College of Wisconsin President and CEO Dr. John Raymond Sr., Froedtert Health President and CEO Cathy Jacobson, WEA Trust President/CEO Mark Moody, and UW-Milwaukee healthcare economist Owen Thompson.

WisBusiness.com, and its sister web site WisPolitics.com, are non-partisan news services based in Madison. They organize newsmaker and issue events in Milwaukee, Madison and Washington, D.C.

Pre-registration for the March 16 event is required and is now open. Price of the $14 admission ticket includes lunch.

Check-in begins at 11:30 a.m. at the Medical College of Wisconsin, 8701 W. Watertown Plank Road, Milwaukee. The program goes from noon until 1 p.m.

Sponsors of the event include: WEA Trust, the Medical College of Wisconsin and UW-Milwaukee.
