Expansion in Wisconsin Sets Stage for Future Growth

MADISON, WIS. – Applied Tech today announced the acquisition of Driven Technologies, a technology provider located in Kronenwetter, Wisconsin servicing small and medium businesses (SMB) in Wausau, Stevens Point and northern Wisconsin.

Effective immediately, the entire staff of Driven Technologies will join the Applied Tech team in Stevens Point and continue to provide technology expertise to the approximately 50 clients also transitioning as a result of the purchase.

“Driven Technologies was founded on similar core beliefs as Applied Tech and has established a culture that should make the transition a smooth process for both our new employees and new customers,” said Cliff McDonald, chief operating officer of Applied Tech. “This move helps strengthen our leadership position in Wisconsin and in the Midwest region as we look to expand to Illinois and Minnesota.”
