SC Johnson: Signs binding offer to acquire Deb Group

Company Expands Presence in Industrial and Institutional Channel with Global Skincare Provider

RACINE, Wis. February 6, 2015 – SC Johnson is pleased to announce that it has signed a binding offer to acquire Deb Group, a global industrial company focused on hygiene and skin care systems for the industrial, commercial, healthcare and food markets.

SC Johnson expects the deal to be finalized in the coming months subject to completing any consultations and regulatory approvals.
